2m x 1.5m Stall - $380 incl GST
1m x 1.5m Stall - $200 incl GST
Selection of stallholders is made by the market organisers.
Applicants will be notified by email within 1 week after closing date.
Panel decisions are final.
Once we have confirmed your place, full payment of all dates invoiced must be made within 14 days to secure your spot.
Be sure to specify your business name when making the transfer.
Cancellation Policy:
COVID POLICY
In the event that we have to postpone the market due to Covid-19 lockdowns or event restrictions, you will be offered the choice of a transfer to the rescheduled date or a full refund.
Other Cancellation Policy:
30 days or more incurs 25% Cancellation Fee
30 - 14days before event incurs 50% Cancellation Fee
14 days or less before event incurs 100% Cancellation Fee
If you have to cancel please email melbourne.ceramics.market@gmail.com to inform us.
Bookings must be paid within 14 days of offer email to secure space, failure to do this will result in your stall being offered to the waitlist.
For bookings made within 30 days of the market, full payment is due within 3 days of the booking,
and for bookings made within 14 days of the market, full payment is due within 1 day.
ALL STALL HOLDERS MUST HAVE THIER OWN PLI

Each display area will be Full Stall - 2m Wide x 1.5m Deep / Half stall - 1m Wide x 1.5m Deep
If you would like to bring your own table less than 2m you are welcome to do so.
If you would like to hire a table from us (hire tables are 1.8m x 75cm), please specify on application form.
Items will not be allowed to be displayed on the floor, but having a table is not a requirement, you can bring your own set up as long as it fits within the allocated space.
Remember to stay within your display area.
Bump in is between 7.30am-9.30am. All stallholders must be ready to trade by 9.50am.
Bump out is to be completed within 1 hour post to the event.
Each stall must be attended by one person at all times.
Stallholders are responsible for the security of their own goods.
You will be required to trade for the entirety of trading hours as leaving early is disruptive to other stallholders and a Health and Safety issue.
If you sell out of your stock please leave your display set up and add a sign of your business details letting shoppers know you have sold out and how to reach you. Eg. website, Instagram..

Please note that our venue is a Covid Safe Venue and CovidSafe Marshall we will in place to ensure government rules are followed by both stall holders and the general public.
